Sales Manager - FFUN Chevrolet Buick GMC Yorkton

Permanent Full-Time

At FFUN Chevrolet Buick GMC Yorkton, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who brings energy, focus and genuine care to every part of the sales floor.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to lead from behind a desk. You’ll be in the middle of the action—supporting deals, developing salespeople, maintaining strong performance and creating an environment where both the team and our guests can feel the difference.

As part of FFUN Group, you’ll join one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive and recreational groups, with the support, resources and career opportunities to continue growing as a leader.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the daily rhythm of the sales floor, including appointments, deals, follow-ups and team energy
Work deals alongside the team, providing strategy, structure and support
Drive strong gross and volume through disciplined desking and sales processes
Maintain high standards for customer service and the Hyundai guest experience
Monitor CRM activity, lead management and follow-up quality
Coach and develop sales staff through daily feedback, accountability and encouragement
Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to execute store initiatives and achieve targets
Create a positive, competitive and team-focused sales culture

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum two years of automotive sales management experience
Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle deal structures
Experience with CRM systems, lead management and sales reporting
Proven success achieving sales, gross and customer satisfaction targets
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and hold a sales team accountable
A passion for people, performance and doing business the right way
