We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas station and attached Pizza Hut express. In this role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team accountability. You will directly supervise staff across both segments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and service.
- Active Supervision: Oversee daily operations of both the gas station convenience store and the Pizza Hut kitchen, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
- Performance Accountability: Monitor staff performance to ensure all daily, weekly, and situational duties are completed to the expected level of work.
- Training & Development: Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching on customer service, food preparation safety, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Scheduling: Create and manage employee shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs.
- Brand Standards: Maintain strict adherence to both company policies and Pizza Hut franchise standards, including food quality, preparation guidelines, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Track and order fuel, convenience store merchandise, and food service ingredients to minimize waste and prevent stockouts.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure total compliance with local health department regulations, food safety laws, and environmental/safety regulations for fuel handling.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
