241 Pizza is now hiring a Store Manager for our Victoria Park location.

241 Pizza is a leading pizza franchise in Ontario. Providing a great pizza with exceptional customer service while being an active part of our community is what 241 Pizza is all about. Be a part of our growing team!

We are looking for a Store Manager to bring their experience and expertise in management and quick service restaurants to our team. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, works well under pressure, and is able to coach and lead a team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Past experience in these positions within a high volume, casual dining environment would be an asset.
Well-spoken/articulate with a wide variety of people.
Self-confident, cheerful, congenial, enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic.
Team Oriented: demonstrates respect for and a willingness to help in other job functions.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask.
Loves serving and being with people - a true people person.
Demonstrates a passion for the guest experience and service.
Demonstrates professionalism.
Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of three years experience managing Food & Beverage.
Previous experience in a similar environment an asset
Energetic, motivated, team player.
Excellent oral, written, numerical skills
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must have valid driver's license and vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$21.32 per hour

Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
Customer service: 2 years (required)
Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
