The opportunity
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Port Coquitlam! Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse is running smoothly. You’ll take full ownership of our modest sized warehouse, handling all operations, from shipping and receiving to maintaining a smooth flow of communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all receiving, reconciliation, and proper inventory control of inbound inventory and shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment. Effectively pack large fragile orders and wrap skids securely.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Serve as the key point of contact for our customer and provide shipment updates, utilizing the Shipping Log and Internal Communication web tools.
- Use logistics systems and software to create and track shipments, inventory, order status, and create and update Logistics documentation such as packing slips and commercial invoices.
- Communicate professionally with customers, updating them on order status and tracking details
- Coordinate freight and transportation logistics for customer orders and Trade Shows.
- Process returns (RMAs) and vendor purchase orders.
- Perform light assembly of finished goods inventory and products.
- Ensuring all processes are followed correctly; documenting new processes when required.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean, adhering to operational best practices and safety and quality standards.
What you bring:
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of logistics or warehouse experience – You know the ins and outs of warehouse operation and order fulfillment and understand inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Office Technology Literate – Comfortable using Microsoft systems like Sharepoint and Excel. You have experience using ticketing systems like TeamSupport or Salesforce and are comfortable using various logistics tracking systems is an asset.

- Clear communication – You can communicate professionally in English, both written and oral and you can keep the team, suppliers, and customers informed effectively.
Basic Requirements
- Physically capable – Ready to lift up to 25lbs and get hands-on with daily tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle – Must have a clean driving record and willing to assist with small package drop offs as needed.
