Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our furry clients while providing exceptional grooming services. Your expertise will help enhance the appearance and comfort of pets, and your customer service skills will ensure that pet owners feel valued and informed throughout the grooming process.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats.
Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming techniques and products.
Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns.
Handle pets safely and gently, ensuring their comfort during the grooming process.
Perform heavy lifting when necessary, including lifting larger pets onto grooming tables or into bathing areas.
Stay up-to-date with grooming trends, techniques, and best practices to provide the best service possible.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome passionate individuals willing to learn.
Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the grooming process.
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care is essential.
