Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Technical Support Agent.

Responsibilities:

You are the point of contact for all questions and technical problems concerning the use of electric charging stations for electric vehicles.
Assist customers with payment at the charging station or on the App
Valider des demandes de subvention Gouvernementale lors des temps morts
Accompany customers in using the Electric Charging Station App.
Écouter attentivement les besoins et les préoccupations des clients ; faire preuve d'empathie en appliquant les procédures convenues.
Maintain a broad knowledge of the App and charging stations
Demonstrate empathy Clarify customer requirements; use decision support tools and resources to resolve non-standard customer issues requiring clarification or further thought.
Deliver an expert customer experience... with a smile

Requirements and Skills:

College degree completed or specialized in pertinent field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or customer service and/or Call center
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
Bilingualism (obligatory);
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Job Type:

Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours/week

Compensation:

19,00$ par heure + prime de nuit

Schedule:

Du Lundi au Dimanche (23h00pm-7h00am)
Quart de nuit
