Full job description

Complete Security Solutions is seeking dedicated Loss Prevention Agents to join our team. This Full-time & Part-time/Casual, on-site position plays a vital role in maintaining security and preventing theft, fraud, and other security issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct surveillance and monitor activities to prevent loss.
Engage with customers and staff to promote a safe shopping environment.
Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as necessary.
Assist in investigations and collaborate with law enforcement when required.
Handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure.
Utilize technology for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Key Skills:

Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic investigative skills and critical thinking.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Ability to remain calm and resolve conflicts effectively.
Familiarity with security equipment and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous loss prevention experience is an asset.
Experience in security, retail, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
A high school diploma is required; further education in criminal justice or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
