What you can expect from this position:
As a Management Assistant, you will be the key support for our team, handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with Directors and their teams to provide essential support.

As a Management Assistant, you will:

Perform administrative support, manage schedules, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and providing general office support
Provide financial assistance, support financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Coordinate projects, assist with various projects, from event planning to contract management
Collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Drive process improvement, identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Be responsible for all document preparation, create and formatting presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes

The salary for this non-unionized position is competitive based on the successful candidate’s qualifications

This is the role for you, if you have:

Secondary School diploma with a combination of relevant education and/or experience
3+ years of progressive work experience providing administrative support in a senior level office
Experience in financial planning and managing budgets
Experience working in a customer centric environment
Ability to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance

Knowledge and skills you bring, that set you up for success:

Proficiency using the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication (oral, written and listening), organizational and strong interpersonal skills with a high comfort level in dealing with management and individuals at all levels in the organization
Considerable judgment, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and critical nature
Strong time management skills, handling the workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be logical and have a detailed approach to administration support duties by anticipating needs, providing timely reminders and being well organized
Ability to respond to conflicting demands, deadlines and changing priorities
