We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Bricklayer Helper to join our growing team. This isn’t just a labour job — it’s a chance to build real skills, work with a solid crew, and grow into a long-term role in the construction industry.

Note: If you're just looking for a paycheck, this isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade and grow with us over time.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Comfortable working at heights
Construction or masonry experience is required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a must)
Valid safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Your Responsibilities:

Assist bricklayers with building and repairing walls, chimneys, and other masonry structures
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Set up scaffolding and handle material loading/unloading
