What you will do:

We are seeking a skilled Korber Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess qualifications and hands-on experience with WMS business process and Korber system. The Business Analyst will work with end users, JDE analysts, and collaborate with other technical leads and SMEs. Knowledge of JDE is seen as a nice to have.

Responsibilities:

You will participate in the implementation of Korber (all phases).
You will troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Körber Supply Chain, including reports and other 3rd party vendor software.
You will interface with customer administrator and IT teams, project leaders, developers and implementors on support issues.
You will quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated.
You will develop and mentor operations team members as Warehouse Management System (WMS) Super Users and Trainers on warehouse and distribution best practices with WMS
Document business needs.
Participate in the development and execution of business solutions, systems, and services.
Operate, design, and analyze business applications, integrations, and data recovery methods.
Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and process owners to determine financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.
Follow management guidelines. Execute assigned tasks with high quality and on time.
Arrange priorities according to management directions and guidelines.
Collaborate with other business analysts to execute required tasks for new applications and enhancement of existing applications.
Maintain software products to ensure they meet end-user demands.
Analyze business requirements for modified and new business applications in collaboration with other business analysts and document fit/ gap analysis.
Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users.
Follow guidelines, methods, and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.
Respond to assigned Helpdesk support tickets on time.
Reach out to senior team members and SMEs for collaboration and building knowledge as needed.
Ability to continuously learn and improve knowledge in relevant systems, modules, and technology. Utilize available learning methods including self-learning and self-improvement to achieve knowledge required for successful system support and projects.
Ability to work in teams and to collaborate with others to achieve goals.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
5 years of experience as a business analysis with Korber.
Experience in implementing and integrating systems.
Proficient in system requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, and technical solution documentation.
Ability to understand and work toward organizational goals and objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders.
Ability to align with organizational goals and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Logical reasoning skills.
Ability to simplify complex ideas for various audiences.
Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong prioritization skills.
Customer service-oriented.
Experience with business analysis tools is advantageous.
Experience in preparing and conducting training sessions is an asset.
Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US).

Nous recherchons un analyste d'affaires Korber compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal doit posséder des qualifications et une expérience pratique du processus commercial WMS et du système Korber. Le candidat idéal travaillera avec les utilisateurs finaux, les analystes JDE, et collaborera avec d'autres responsables techniques et PME.

Responsabilités:

Documenter les besoins de l'entreprise.
Participer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de solutions, de systèmes et de services d'entreprise.
Exploiter, concevoir et analyser des applications commerciales, des intégrations et des méthodes de récupération des données.
Collaborer avec les chefs d'entreprise, les parties prenantes, les clients et les responsables de processus afin de déterminer les exigences et les objectifs financiers, commerciaux et opérationnels.
Suivre les directives de la direction.
Exécuter les tâches qui lui sont confiées avec une qualité élevée et dans les délais impartis.
Organiser les priorités en fonction des orientations et des lignes directrices de la direction.
Collaborer avec d'autres analystes commerciaux afin d'exécuter les tâches requises pour les nouvelles applications et l'amélioration des applications existantes.
Assurer la maintenance des produits logiciels afin de garantir qu'ils répondent aux exigences des utilisateurs finaux.
Analyser les exigences commerciales pour les applications modifiées et nouvelles en collaboration avec d'autres analystes commerciaux et documenter l'analyse de l'adéquation et de l'écart.
Préparer et mener des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs finaux.
Suivre les lignes directrices, les méthodes et les techniques de préparation et de présentation des analyses de rentabilité.
Répondre dans les délais aux tickets d'assistance du Helpdesk qui lui sont attribués. S'adresser aux membres de l'équipe senior et aux PME pour collaborer et renforcer les connaissances, le cas échéant.
Être capable d'apprendre en permanence et d'améliorer ses connaissances dans les systèmes, modules et technologies pertinents. Utiliser les méthodes d'apprentissage disponibles, y compris l'auto-apprentissage et l'auto-amélioration, pour acquérir les connaissances nécessaires à la réussite du support système et des projets.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec d'autres pour atteindre les objectifs.

5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyse d'affaire avec Korber.
Expérience de la mise en œuvre et de l'intégration avec d'autres systèmes
Maîtrise de l'analyse des exigences du système, de l'analyse de l'adéquation et de l'écart, et de la documentation des solutions techniques.
Capacité à comprendre les buts et objectifs de l'organisation et à y travailler, en collaborant avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse, avec une approche créative.
Esprit d'équipe. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et non verbale et aux relations interpersonnelles.
