What you will do:

We are currently seeking a reliable candidate to join our IT team as an JDE Analyst who will work with end users, analysts, and collaborate with other technical leads and SMEs. The JDE BA must possess qualifications and hands-on experience in JD Edwards.

Responsibilities:

Configure JDE modules to meet business requirements.
Document Basic to intermediate business needs.
Participate in the development and execution of business solutions, systems, and services.
Operate, design, and analyze business applications, integrations, and data recovery methods.
Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and process owners to determine financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.
Follow management guidelines. Execute assigned tasks with high quality and on time.
Arrange priorities according to management directions and guidelines.
Collaborate with other business analysts to execute required tasks for new applications and enhancement of existing applications.
Maintain software products to ensure they meet end-user demands.
Analyze business requirements for modified and new business applications in collaboration with other business analysts and document fit/ gap analysis.
Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users.
Follow guidelines, methods, and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.
Respond to assigned Helpdesk support tickets on time. Reach out to senior team members and SMEs for collaboration and building knowledge as needed.
Ability to continuously learn and improve knowledge in relevant systems, modules, and technology. Utilize available learning methods including self-learning and self-improvement to achieve knowledge required for successful system support and projects.
Ability to work in teams and to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
Travel is required.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum of two years of experience in business analysis is necessary, with at least one year as a JDEdwards analyst.
Experience in implementing and supporting JDE Distribution (Inventory, Sales, Procurement) or Financial Modules (GL, AR, AP).
Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator and JDE development tools is an asset.
Proficient in analyzing system requirements, fit/gap analysis, and technical solution documentation.
Ability to understand and work toward organizational goals and objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and user-friendly language.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to set priorities and implement tasks in any environment.

Experience in using business analysis tools is an asset.
Experience in preparing and conducting training sessions is an asset.
A certificate in business analysis such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or an equivalent certificate is an asset.
Candidate must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do business across Canada and the US).

Nous recherchons actuellement un candidat fiable pour rejoindre notre équipe informatique en tant qu'analyste JDE qui travaillera avec les utilisateurs finaux, les analystes et collaborera avec d'autres responsables techniques et PME. Le BA JDE doit posséder des qualifications et une expérience pratique de JD Edwards.

Responsabilités:

Configurer les modules JDE pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Documenter les besoins commerciaux de base à intermédiaires.
Participer au développement et à l'exécution de solutions, de systèmes et de services d'entreprise.
Exploiter, concevoir et analyser des applications commerciales, des intégrations et des méthodes de récupération des données.
Collaborer avec les chefs d'entreprise, les parties prenantes, les clients et les responsables de processus afin de déterminer les exigences et les objectifs financiers, commerciaux et opérationnels.
Suivre les directives de la direction. Exécuter les tâches qui lui sont confiées avec une qualité élevée et dans les délais impartis.
Organiser les priorités en fonction des orientations et des lignes directrices de la direction.
Collaborer avec d'autres analystes commerciaux afin d'exécuter les tâches requises pour les nouvelles applications et l'amélioration des applications existantes.
Assurer la maintenance des produits logiciels afin de garantir qu'ils répondent aux exigences des utilisateurs finaux.
Analyser les exigences commerciales pour les applications modifiées et nouvelles en collaboration avec d'autres analystes commerciaux et documenter l'analyse de l'adéquation et de l'écart.
Préparer et mener des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs finaux.
Suivre les lignes directrices, les méthodes et les techniques de préparation et de présentation des analyses de rentabilité.
Répondre dans les délais aux tickets d'assistance du Helpdesk qui lui sont attribués. S'adresser aux membres de l'équipe senior et aux PME pour collaborer et renforcer les connaissances, le cas échéant.
Capacité à se former en permanence et à améliorer ses connaissances dans les systèmes, modules et technologies pertinents. Utiliser les méthodes d'apprentissage disponibles, y compris l'auto-apprentissage et l'auto-amélioration, pour acquérir les connaissances nécessaires à la réussite du soutien aux systèmes et des projets.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec d'autres pour atteindre les objectifs.
Des déplacements sont nécessaires.

Ce que nous recherchons:

Une formation de niveau baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent est exigée.
Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en analyse commerciale est nécessaire, dont au moins un an en tant qu'analyste JDEdwards.
Expérience dans la mise en œuvre et le soutien des modules de distribution (inventaire, ventes, approvisionnement) ou des modules financiers (GL, AR, AP) de JDE.
La connaissance de JDE Orchestrator et des outils de développement JDE est un atout.
