We are a busy Cafe offering great service, food and ambience, catering to a range of customers. An opportunity has opened in our Cafe for a Cafe Assistant position. The position also involves early morning shifts serving breakfast to our accommodation guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for customer service, making coffee and delivering food, ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and café setup.
Making coffee efficiently to a high standard
Operating POS systems
Serving food and clearing tables
Able to follow and give instruction
Communicate well with the kitchen team
Experience and Attributes:
Hospitality service and Barista experience preferred
A positive, punctual and professional approach
A positive ‘can do’ attitude with an enthusiastic personality
Work well under pressure
