Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Salesperson who thrives in a commission-based environment and is skilled at cold calling and generating leads. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and building relationships with potential customers. Proficiency in using Facebook and other social media platforms to attract and engage leads is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use cold calling techniques and social media platforms to generate and qualify leads.
- Sales: Actively engage with potential customers, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process.
- Social Media: Leverage Facebook and other social media channels to attract new customers and promote dealership offerings.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory and the latest automotive trends to effectively address customer inquiries and close sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
- Cold Calling Skills: Demonstrated success in cold calling and generating leads.
- Social Media Proficiency: Comfortable using Facebook and other social media platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline in a commission-based role.
