About the Role:
Responsibilities
· Maintain a positive relationship with clients
· Lead and coordinate employees and subcontractors
· Assist the project manager with project planning
· Maintain and update schedule
· Lead health and safety management on site
· Promote teamwork and support a respectful and inclusive work environment
· Ensure completed work meets quality standards
· Encourage productivity of crew members, meeting production goals
Qualifications
· Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
· Ability to read blueprints and schedules
· Effective communication; both written and oral
· Problem solving and conflict resolution
· Ability and willingness to delegate tasks
· Team compatibility
Requirements
· Hand tools

Experience
· 5+ years experience as a qualified and competent carpenter
