Job Duties

Assist Sous Chef’s with day to day operations of the kitchen

Participate in the preparation, cooking and servicing of all food items for a la carte and/or banquet menus according to the recipes and standards

Prepare and cook food as directed, meeting special dietary instructions as required.

Ensure menu items are executed at the highest quality possible at all times, exceeding guests’ expectations

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen through practicing good sanitation.

Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations put forth by the Leadership Team
-
Works well with others, demonstrates good team spirit with an open mind
-
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Required Experience
-
Minimum 2 years’ culinary experience (required)
-
Safe Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain (required)
-
First Aid Course Completion or willingness to obtain (preferred)
