Full job description

**Overview:** We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and customer service skills to manage the front desk efficiently. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office - Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area - Assist with clerical tasks such as, typing, and data entry - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Utilize computerized systems for managing office tasks **Skills:** - Strong organizational skills - Previous experience in a dental office - Proficient in clerical duties such as typing, dealing with insurance companies - Excellent customer service abilities - Familiarity with front desk operations - Comfortable working with computerized systems If you are looking to utilize your organizational and customer service skills in a dynamic office environment, we encourage you to apply for the Front Desk Receptionist position.
