We're looking for ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Team. Whether you're an experienced automotive professional or a high-performing salesperson looking to enter the automotive industry, we provide the tools, training, inventory, and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives.
- Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Create video content and utilize social media to generate leads and grow your personal brand.
- Maintain accurate customer records through our CRM system.
- Work closely with management, finance, and service departments to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Preferred:
- Automotive sales experience.
- Experience in commission sales, retail sales, hospitality, telecommunications, real estate, or customer service.
- Comfortable creating videos and using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- CRM experience is an asset.
- A second language is an asset.

Income Potential
This is a commission-based sales position with unlimited earning potential.
Top-performing sales consultants regularly earn $100,000+ per year, with additional bonuses available.
