Looking for an experienced line cook to join our team at Dunn’s Famous Decarie.

Requirements:
- Setting up and stocking stations with the necessary stock
- Preparing food/sauces/salads for line service
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with other line staff
- Ensuring sufficient stock and inventory for the kitchen
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Knowledge and know how of Deli style plates
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere
- Various shifts available day/evening/late night/overnight

Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

- Recording food temperature
