We are looking for a Legal Assisant/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients ,answering phones, and providing administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an understanding of the legal industry. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Punjabi speaking is an asset. Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and meetings for lawyers and staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Maintain a database of client information.
Provide general information about the firm to clients and visitors.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
