Innoflo Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Installation Technician to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This role is ideal for a hands-on tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys building complex mechanical systems in the field. We work across Western Canada in automotive dealerships, heavy-duty truck shops, commercial facilities, and other field locations.
What you’ll do:
- Install fuel and lubrication systems.
- Assemble and connect pumps, motors, tubing, pipe, hose, tanks, and compressed air systems.
- Complete mechanical assembly and testing.
- Perform low-voltage electrical connections related to mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, solid tool knowledge, and a commitment to quality. The right candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both shop and field environments.
Required / preferred experience:
- Experience in mechanical installation, piping, tubing, hose, or equipment assembly.
- Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge is an asset.
- Tube bending or general piping experience is an asset.
- Ability to read drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in shop and field environments.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects.
- Ability to work rotational schedules, including 14 days on / 7 days off or 10 days on / 4 days off, depending on project requirements.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Comfortable using basic technology such as MS Teams and Outlook.
