Firestone Restaurant and Bar is a polished casual restaurant that utilizes a combination of cooking methods to deliver a quality eating experience for our guests. Our restaurant features acclaimed cuisine which includes fire-grilled steaks, slow rotisserie prime rib, forno baked seafood, and housemade desserts, among other things.

We expect our line staff to:
- contribute to a positive and fun team environment.
- create all food items to the highest standard, following our recipes and procedures.
- respond to the restaurant’s flow to ensure the timely completion of all orders.
- ensure all equipment, dishware, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- ensure that station setup and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- maintain food quality and portion control at all times.
- maintain cleanliness according to food health & safety standards.
- follow all operational policies and procedures.
- to communicate questions or concerns swiftly with managers on duty.
Ideal Candidates:
- will create and maintain strong relationships.
- are committed to guest satisfaction.
- have strong leadership and communication skills.
- can lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- are available to work evenings and weekends.
- are professional.
Related experience is an asset but not required.
