Fraser Valley Wireless is one of the largest authorized Rogers Wireless dealers in Western Canada with 28 retail locations throughout British Columbia and 11 in Ontario, as well as a two Corporate Sales Teams to service small, medium and large businesses for their wireless needs.

Compensation:

Base hourly: $18.25 per hour (+commissions and spiffs).
Average hourly will include base hourly + commissions and spiffs.
Commissions are uncapped.
Spiffs are additional incentives earned from sales contests and bonuses.

What we require:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions and policies.
Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service.
Work well in a team of other sales staff and retail Store Managers.
Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgement.
Maintain a clean, tidy and professional looking workplace.
