Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy” is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert cafe. Our soufflé pancakes are the perfect dish for every occasion – breakfast, brunch, birthday celebration or even wedding. Served with the Canadian maple syrup, or topped with fresh berries and cream, we aim to spread happiness one pancake at a time. The perfect balance of an Asian dessert, blended with a North American staple, to create a light, unique, and fluffy texture.
