Full job description

Getoutside and Te Koop are growing Toronto-based retail brands specializing in footwear, bags, accessories, and lifestyle products. We’re looking for a creative and trend-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

Responsibilities

Create and manage content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Film, photograph, and edit content for social media
Plan and schedule posts and campaigns
Monitor trends and create engaging, on-brand content
Manage community engagement, comments, and messages
Assist with influencer partnerships, launches, and store events
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent branding

Qualifications

Experience with social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends
Experience with video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics is an asset
Strong communication, organization, and creative skills
Photography/videography experience preferred
