Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member — <PERSON>

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while working in a fun and fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage customer orders with professionalism and efficiency
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food assembly and serving
Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, barista experience, or in bubble tea stores.
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during busy periods
