Full job description

Harbour 60, one of Canada’s premier steakhouses, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance kitchen known for precision, consistency, and exceptional hospitality.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re targeting cooks with a solid foundation who take pride in their work—reliable, organized, consistent, and excited to grow within a top-tier property. If you want to sharpen your skills with high-end product, aged beef, and elevated technique, this is a strong fit.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years professional kitchen experience
At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine dining restaurant
Strong understanding of station organization, timing, and cleanliness
Ability to execute consistently under pressure during high-volume service
Professional attitude, dependable work habits, and strong communication

Role & Responsibilities

Execute dishes according to Harbour 60 standards for quality and accuracy
Maintain station setup, organization, and daily prep
Work efficiently during busy services with strong attention to detail
Support banquet production and special events when required
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization procedures
Contribute positively to a team-oriented, professional environment

What We Offer

Competitive hourly wage $19–$21/hr
Immediate access to our tip pool (approx. $4/hr additional)
