About this Opportunity - What You’ll Be Doing
Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Digital Producer in our Toronto office. Reporting to our Digital Production Lead, you will contribute to Candy Digital’s production team in a fast-paced and exciting environment that will equip you to manage projects and clients. In this role, you will use a combination of project management, client communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, paired with your understanding of our digital-first advertising approach, to effectively deliver digital campaigns and nurture client relationships.
Role Overview
The Digital Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. This role combines project management, client/account management, and team leadership to ensure the efficient operation of digital banners, videos/social assets, and other digital assets.
Success in this Role Looks Like
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
- Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting regular reviews and quality assurance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales, marketing etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Account/Client Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Lead client meetings, presenting progress, gathering feedback, and managing revisions or changes in scope.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals, budgets, and business challenges, and proactively offering solutions or enhancements to their digital projects.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders in collaboration with the client and relevant internal departments.
