Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with payroll systems such as Oracle, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or ATS
- Experience in training development would be a plus
