Now Hiring: General Labourer / Swamper - Year-Round Local Work

Competitive Pay: $22 per hour plus vacation and stat pay, equaling $24.11 regular per hour.
Overtime Opportunities: Earn $33 per hour to start for overtime work.

Our established and growing company, based in Nisku, is seeking dedicated General Labourers / Swampers to join our team and help us meet the increasing hydrovac needs of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business with all local work

Responsibilities:

Assist the Operator with day-lighting and soft excavating for telecom, hydro, gas, and other underground services.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Accurately complete all required daily paperwork.
Assist with the setup and inspection of equipment as needed.
Handle and distribute construction materials, load and unload vehicles with supplies and equipment, and ensure all debris is removed from work sites.
Perform other duties as required to support our operations.

Requirements:

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST.
MUST HAVE A VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Reliable and punctual.
Motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
