Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Executive Assistant with marketing experience to support both our corporate marketing initiatives and executive leadership team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative marketing work, and excels at providing polished, reliable administrative support at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing corporate marketing initiativesMaintain and update company website content
- Maintain company Instagram page and deliver creative contentManage promotional products and branded materials
- Support the creation of graphic assets, logos, and marketing collateral
- Assist with internal and external communication efforts
- Contribute to marketing projects and cross‑departmental initiatives
- Event Planning & EngagementOrganize corporate events including staff celebrations, holiday parties, awards, and team lunches
- Coordinate charity events and community engagement activities
- Manage corporate suite or hospitality assets (e.g., event tickets, guest lists, scheduling)
Executive Assistance
- Provide direct administrative support to the Senior LeadershipManage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, and itineraries for employees and customers
- Prepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Marketing degree or diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher; graphic design skills are an asset
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to take on tasks outside traditional marketing responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Schedule : office Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Pay: $24.00-$26.45 per hour
