Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and personable Telephone Fundraisers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential donors over the phone to secure contributions that support our clients' mission. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fundraising, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective and previous donors using targeted databases and approved messaging
- Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, programs, and funding needs, by following approved messaging and company process
- Cultivate relationships with donors through personalized conversations and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective fundraising strategies
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions, ensuring positive donor experiences
- Track and report on call outcomes and progress toward fundraising goals
Experience
- None required, but previous experience in telemarketing is helpful
- Familiarity with basic computer functions, Word, and Zoom is highly desirable
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques related to fundraising campaigns
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude and persistence throughout calls
- Experience working remotely is highly desirable, but not necessary. It helps if the individual understands the professional expectations of conduct and responsibility while working at home.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
