Job Description:

As a EComm Marketing Specialist at LUSOMÉ, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and creatively expanding our established marketing strategies with a focus on email marketing and social media. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and detailed execution to ensure our marketing efforts maximize engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

Implement and enhance established growth marketing strategies, focusing on maximizing results through our social media channels.
Maintain Shopify e-commerce platform and Klaviyo email marketing system, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
Coordinating seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions (on social media, web and email campaigns).
Create and curate engaging content for social media to strengthen community engagement and drive brand loyalty.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics from social media and other digital marketing channels to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
Continuously test, refine, and implement social media and email marketing campaigns to improve reach and effectiveness.
Report on key performance indicators and insights to senior management, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth/ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record in social media management and content creation.
Strong familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and major social media platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage data in decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and marketing strategy implementation.
Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Mastery in, and passion, for all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
