Serenity Wig Boutique is hiring a compassionate, confident, and growth-oriented Hair Loss Solutions Consultant to help women experiencing hair loss regain their confidence through hair thinning solutions.

This is not a typical retail role.

You’ll guide clients through emotional and often life-changing decisions by helping them find wigs, toppers, and hairpieces that make them feel beautiful, confident, and like themselves again.

You do not need previous wig industry experience, we provide full product education, consultation training, and ongoing sales coaching.

What matters most is your ability to connect with people, build trust, communicate confidently, and create an exceptional client experience.

About Serenity Wig Boutique

Serenity Wig Boutique is the retail division of Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Together, we help women experiencing hair loss through both immediate confidence solutions and long-term hair restoration support.

Our boutique provides beautiful, confidence-restoring wigs, toppers, and hairpieces, while our clinic addresses the root causes of hair loss through advanced trichological care.

We are building more than a boutique, we are building a movement centered around confidence, transformation, education, and personal growth.

Compensation & BenefitsTypical First-Year Earnings:

CAD $52,000–$75,000+

Includes:

Base salary
Uncapped commission

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday–Saturday availability required
In-person role located in Grande Prairie, AB

What You’ll Do

Guide clients through personalized wig, topper, and hairpiece consultations
Help women feel confident, understood, and supported during vulnerable moments
Recommend products and care solutions based on each client’s needs and goals
Follow up with leads and existing clients to build relationships and increase retention
Maintain accurate client notes and order information using CRM tools
Support boutique growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
Collaborate closely with Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic to support clients holistically
Assist with boutique merchandising, inventory organization, and client order fulfillment
Participate in social media and educational content with support from our marketing team
