ITN Food Corporation is seeking a results-driven Key Account & Ecommerce Specialist to manage national retail accounts and online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. This role requires hands-on engagement with both physical and digital channels to drive sales growth and profitability. Candidates must be located in Canada, legally authorized to work, have a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle, and possess at least 3 years of CPG/FMCG key account experience.

Job Overview:
As a Key Account & Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s sales objectives by setting strategic action plans and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across both physical retail and online channels. This role involves field engagement, ensuring hands-on engagement with clients and accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key national and regional accounts, including Walmart, Sobeys, FreshCo, and online marketplaces and other local key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and ecommerce channels.
- Manage product listings, online promotions, and ecommerce analytics to optimize sales performance.
- Oversee Profit & Loss for key accounts, including planning annual trade offers, budgets, and ecommerce campaigns.
- Utilize industry tools and software (GS1, Retail Link, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace) for account management and data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce Operations.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and inventory levels at customer sites and online stores.
- Lead collections of receivables and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of key account management, sales, or business development experience in CPG/FMCG.
- MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated experience managing large national or regional retail accounts and online marketplaces.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and executing retail and online promotional campaigns.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Located in Canada with legal work authorization.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
