We are seeking highly motivated, hardworking, super friendly Bridal Consultant to provide Brides-To-Be with an exceptional customer service experience during one of the happiest times of their life. You will help brides in all aspects of formal wear for their wedding day including finding the dream bridal gown, veil, and accessories as well as selecting perfect bridesmaid dresses. We provide an excellent supporting work environment to perform your best. Successful candidates should have previous sales experience and possess excellent communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for giving our brides a fabulous, friendly and professional experience while shopping for their wedding dress.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to brides and their families by listening and identifying their individual gown criteria, i.e., whether they are looking for a romantic ball gown, fit-and-flare dress, mermaid gown, destination wedding dress or something in-between.
- Learn quickly about Bravo Bridals’ designer collections, styles, quality, and service.
- Demonstrate bridal product knowledge including sizing, style, and accessories options.
- Properly measure customers and submitting new orders to designers.
- Handling deliveries, unpacking and steaming new dresses and veils.
- Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the store "runway ready”, including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, trunk show preparation, and light cleaning.
- Responding to customers emails and phone calls inquiries in a professional timely manner.
- Maintain and update Bravo Bridals website and social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Assist with all customer needs, such as alterations appointments, pick-ups, and special order requests.
- Meet and maintain sales goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar position or in a bridal field is a great asset!
- Fluent English (oral & written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hard Worker & Multitasker.
- Super Friendly & Outgoing Personality.
- High School Diploma.

- Base Hourly Salary + 10% Commission Payment From Each Sale + Additional Performance Bonuses. The more you sell the more you make!
