Summary

's role as a Bubble Tea Barista at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our high standards of quality. Located in Canada, this position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for passionate individuals eager to join a global leader in the beverage industry. Your contribution helps us create memorable moments for our customers and supports our mission of spreading happiness through great drinks.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.
Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and payments.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the store.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
Assist in food handling and preparation when needed.
Support team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Uphold brand image by representing CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice positively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a barista or in food service preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for beverages and creating positive customer experiences.
