Kennedy Ford is a forward-thinking, high-volume Ford store that invests heavily in digital marketing to generate consistent, high-quality leads for our sales team. In 2025 alone, we delivered over 900 new vehicles, making us the fastest-growing retail Ford dealer in the GTA. With a current team of just 6 sales consultants, we have more opportunity than we can keep up with and are looking to add motivated Sales Consultants to support our rapidly growing sales volume.
Kennedy Ford is also a Ford Racing dealership (previously known as Ford Performance). This gives our team exclusive access to Ford’s most sought-after high-performance vehicles at volumes most dealerships will never see. In 2026, we are allocated 24 Raptors, compared to many non–Ford Racing dealerships in the GTA that may receive five or fewer. Our team will also have access to the newly announced Mustang Dark Horse SC, creating unique opportunities to work with some of Ford’s most exciting vehicles.
In addition to high-performance models, we stock a strong mix of entry-level vehicles and high-end trims, including Expedition Platinums, F-150 King Ranches, Raptors, and fully loaded Mustang GTs. This balanced inventory allows our sales consultants to work with a broad demographic and consistently close deals across multiple price points. Located in Oakville, widely regarded as one of the best cities in Canada, we attract a strong client base that values both performance and premium ownership experiences.
This is a commission-based role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands. Our sales consultants typically earn $80,000+, with top performers earning $100,000+. The harder you work, the more you sell, and the more you make. Ford experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a Ford dealership is considered an asset
- Experience with PBS as a desking DMS is considered an asset
- Experience with DealerSocket CRM is considered an asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid OMVIC license
- Sound computer skills
- Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Team player with a positive mindset
