Kiwi Dental | Dental Associate — Oakville
We're looking for a dentist who loves people — all ages, all stages.
Kiwi Dental Oakville is an award-winning family practice with deep roots in the community. We see kids, adults, and multi-generational families — and we do it all in-house, from routine restorative to Endo, extractions, wisdom teeth, implants, and gum surgery. No referrals for the good stuff.
We're looking for an associate who's equally at home with a nervous 7-year-old and a complex molar Endo — someone who communicates well, builds trust fast, and wants to be part of a team and community they're proud of.
What the role looks like
You'll be walking into a fully running operation — established families, experienced Level II assistants, full admin support, and a schedule designed to grow quickly. This is a long-term seat, not a stepping stone.
Schedule options:
These are your starting days — not your ceiling. As your patient base builds and you grow into the role, the expectation is more days, not fewer.
- Option A: Every Friday + every Saturday
- Option B (bi-weekly): Week 1 is Thursday + Friday / Week 2 is Friday + Saturday
Most associates transition to 3–4 days/week within 3–6 months.
Compensation: 40% of collections. In a full-service family practice that keeps everything in-house, that number moves fast.
What we're looking for
Someone who genuinely enjoys treating kids and families — not just tolerates it. A communicator who earns trust quickly, especially with younger patients and anxious parents. And a clinician who can deliver high-quality dentistry across the full range of what a modern family practice offers.
Specifically:
- DDS/DMD from a Canadian dental faculty
- 5+ years of private practice experience in Canada
- Comfortable and confident treating children and families — this is a core part of the role
- Endo, extractions, and oral surgery experience is preferred but not required — implants and gum grafts are a bonus, and we support clinicians who are eager to grow
- Active RCDSO registration, clean conduct record, current PLI
If you're the kind of dentist who wants to be part of a community, build real patient relationships across all ages, and practice at a high level without sending cases out the door — we'd love to meet you.
