Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Respond to emails
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments with reminder calls
- Collect accurate client and vehicle information and update records in our computerized system
- Process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and front
-Discuss promotions with customers
-Stock merchandise
Experience:
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
- Experience in an automotive setting is an asset but not required
