We are currently looking for a motivated, sales-driven, non-commissioned Showroom Sales Consultant to join our exceptional team.
In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders, helping guide them through the countertop selection process while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional showroom experiences.
- Assist customers in selecting countertop materials, sinks, and faucets that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates using customer measurements and drawings through our internal quoting software.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of quartz, granite, porcelain, acrylic, and laminate products.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to help convert estimates into sales.
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and confidently.
- Process customer payments and assist throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software systems.

- Previous design experience is considered an asset, but not required.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
