Salary:
- Salary between $30.04 and $49.84 per hour, depending on experience

Available Opportunities – Spiritual care worker – Dorval
Main Responsibilities – Spiritual care worker – Dorval
- Assesses the spiritual and religious care needs of the patients, clients and staff if need be;
- Promotes a high quality of spiritual care that consists with the mission and values of Inuit patients and family members and if need be with staff members;
- Clarify policies to patients, community and religious organizations when required;
- Establishes positive working relationships with all members of the health team and volunteers;
- Participates / offers support in family meetings when requested;
- Provides spiritual support to fellow staff members and care providers.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral care, religious studies or an equivalent discipline
- In the absence of a diploma, relevant experience will be considered
Experience Required
- Experience in spiritual care in Health settings
Other Requirements
- Must be fluent in Inuktitut (required prior to hiring)
- English/French as a second language
Competency Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Inuktitut
- Good understanding of the Inuit faith practices and moral values;
- Good response to appropriate spiritual care that is with sensitivity, openness and respect.
