Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth daily functions of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hospitality environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation
Assist with guest services, including providing information about amenities and local attractions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
Perform audit (12am-8am) procedures as required to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting as needed

Experience

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest population
Familiarity with guest services and hospitality industry standards will be beneficial
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role within a hotel setting is a plus
