The Role
We are hiring a Head of Performance & Growth to own and optimize our entire lead generation and conversion engine.
This is not a brand or coordination role. You will be responsible for deploying and optimizing marketing spend, improving conversion rates across the funnel, and driving measurable revenue growth.
You will act as the central operator responsible for how capital is allocated across paid channels and how efficiently that spend converts into booked consultations and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and allocate monthly paid media budget across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
- Drive down cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CAC) across all clinic locations
- Own CRO (conversion rate optimization) across landing pages, booking flows, and key funnel steps
- Optimize the full funnel from lead generation → booked consultation → sale
- Build and maintain reporting that ties spend directly to revenue, conversion rates, and ROI
- Identify and eliminate funnel leakage across marketing, sales, and operations
- Lead structured A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Work closely with internal teams to improve lead handling, follow-up speed, and close rates
- Manage external agencies or freelancers where needed, while retaining full ownership of strategy and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition roles
- Proven track record managing and optimizing paid media budgets (Meta and Google required)
- Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates (CRO), not just generating traffic
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel metrics
- Hands-on operator who is comfortable executing, testing, and iterating
- Experience with CRM systems, attribution, and funnel tracking

Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Performance-based bonus tied to CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth
