Your Role as a Team Lead
This role goes beyond cleaning — you are a key support system for your team and a bridge between staff and leadership.
You will:
- Lead by example in both work ethic and attitude
- Support team members with on-the-job problem solving
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistent, high-level service
- Provide and receive constructive, respectful feedback
- Help manage time efficiency between homes and throughout the day
- Work closely with leadership to identify improvements and streamline daily operations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

We specialize in eco-friendly cleaning — using thoughtfully selected products that are safe for our team, our clients (including pets), and their homes.
We are fully insured and bonded and proudly serve clients throughout Cochrane and surrounding areas. Our goal is simple: deliver consistently exceptional cleaning with a personal touch.

Requirements
- Full-time availability (required for Team Lead role)
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check upon hire
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable daily access to a vehicle
- Currently living in Cochrane or nearby (NW Calgary also suitable)
Compensation & Schedule
- Wage: $18–$20/hour (based on experience and performance, with growth opportunities)
- Paid training: $16/hour (approximately 5–10 days)
- Day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Optional weekend availability
- In-person, team-based daily schedule
