Job Description
- Assists Property Manager in drafting legal documents, including but not limited to tenancy agreements and Local Government forms.
- Daily data entry
- Maintains and tracks agreements and lease renewals.
- Reviews annual property taxes for owned properties, taking appropriate actions to ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Acts as liaison between City, property owner and lease holders if required.
- Performs various clerical duties including maintaining departmental files and records, copying and distributing a variety of documents and following up on outstanding documents for registration and execution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Work Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year as an administrative assistant that includes experience in at least one of the following areas: PM Admin, Conveyancing Admin, Office Admin.
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft and other related software.
- Comply with company policies
- A combination of related education and experience may be considered.
- Thorough knowledge of business English, punctuation, and grammar.
- Working knowledge of office procedures, functional terminology, and departmental regulations.
- Skilled production of neat, accurate typing of 55 correct words per minute.
- Communicates effectively orally and in writing either English and Mandarin.
- Sound knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Exceptionally well-organized and able to work effectively with minimal guidelines and supervision.
- Exercises mature judgment regarding confidential & sensitive information.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Flexible and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced, environment, working to a deadline.
- Completion of a recognized Legal Secretary or Office Administration Certificate, or other related certificate program.(preferred)
- Have experience in serving in the church for more than 3 years.(preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
