Inside Sales Representative
Location: Calgary / Rocky View, AB

LUFF Industries is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary/Rocky View.
With over 40 years as a leading manufacturer of conveyor components, LUFF is known for innovative products, quick turnaround times, and industry-leading warranties. Our products are used in heavy industrial material handling applications worldwide.
The Role
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, handling purchase orders, RFQs, and order inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and prepare accurate quotes
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
- Provide order and quote status updates
- Review part numbers and product specifications
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the ERP system
- Collaborate with quoting, logistics, production, and quality teams
- Assist with customer concerns, including RMAs
- Other duties as required

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read drawings and interpret technical requests
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required (post-secondary education an asset)
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- ERP experience required
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Sales or estimating training is an asset

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
- Commission program eligibility after 3 months
- Benefits include dental, extended health, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and on-site parking
- Monday to Friday schedule — no weekends
