The F&I Director will be responsible for leading a team of Finance Managers and oversee the customer financing and loan process with all Cam Clark Automotive Group dealership locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all financial deals meet federal, provincial, and local legislation while ensuring each deal is optimized for maximum profitability.
Responsibilities
- Setting a clear vision and goals for the Finance Managers to achieve targeted performance.
- Oversee dealership financing, loan origination, and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
- Oversee training and development for Finance Managers within Cam Clark Automotive Group.
- Coach, mentor, and lead the Finance Managers to improve the average F&I gross profit per vehicle sold.
- Work directly with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.
- Process finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial, or state regulations.
- Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner. 50% lf
- Assess profitability to the dealership of financing arrangements and collaborate with General Manager to identify areas of opportunity for improved F&I gross profit.
- Lead and mentor Finance Managers within the Cam Clark Automotive Group’s dealerships and foster collaboration throughout all locations and ensure the team is knowledgeable in all product knowledge.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Travel to all CCAG dealership locations is expected to comprise approximately 50% of time.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a Finance Manager position.
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to provide innovative solutions to our team and customers.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, adhering to high standards of conduct.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
