Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our finance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive finance, be OMVIC certified, and possess a strong track record in managing finance operations within a high-volume dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all finance and insurance (F&I) operations, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
- Work closely with customers to provide financial solutions and product recommendations, including warranties and GAP insurance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support and drive dealership profitability through effective finance strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- OMVIC certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a busy automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, including warranties, GAP insurance, and chemical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
