Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager this individual would be involved with the daily administrative aspects of Accounting, Human Resources and Labour Relations in a unionized environment. We are looking for an Office Administrator who is detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, reviewing and reconciling all company accounts, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining office records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s administrative functions, including human resources, purchasing, meeting coordination, expense reporting, accounting, and office operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed to management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Keep organized and maintain company records and file management procedures.
- Monitor office inventory, ordering office supplies and other materials as needed.
- Assist with HR operations.
- Coordinate special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information

- Experience with SAGE and ADP Payroll would be an asset
Education and Experience:
Post Secondary education in Office Administration or related field. At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
