Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Successful candidates are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Position Details

Position: Physiotherapist
Pay Range: 120,000 to 150,000 per year.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Approximately 32–37 hours per week
Sign On Bonus: $2500

Compensation

Final compensation will be determined based on:

Physiotherapy experience
Additional certifications and specialized training
Scope of responsibilities
Overall qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
Educate patients regarding rehabilitation, mobility, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinic team members
Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals
Maintain applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Contribute to a welcoming and patient-focused clinical environment

Requirements

Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
Registered or eligible for registration as a Physiotherapist in Alberta
Current professional liability insurance
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centred care

Additional certifications, specialized training, and multidisciplinary clinic experience are considered assets.

New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
