Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and creating delicious, high-quality pizzas for our customers. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where attention to detail and food safety are paramount. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking pizzas to perfection, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment efficiently to produce high-quality products
Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
Handle food safely and hygienically during all stages of meal preparation and service
Assist in serving customers when necessary, providing friendly and prompt service
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion during busy hours

Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred, especially within the restaurant or food industry
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Experience with meal preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
Strong understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment as needed
